started + inspired in memory of my mother
In 2019, I never expected to start a new passion and lose my mother unexpectedly to heart failure. She was a bright spirit, never met a stranger and extremely talented in fashion design as well as sewing.
As a way to process my grief, I often reminisced through her marvelous collection of fashion books until one day something caught my eye. I found a box of beads with a notebook tucked into its side.
To my surprise, Kathy started teaching herself to make jewelry not long before she passed. I instantly picked up where she left off and have been in love with hand-crafted accessory design ever since!
The company name "BunnyDoll" is a combination of her nicknames "Bunny" & "Dolly" for me during our entire life together.
